Cancellation Policy
You have up to 48 hours prior to your appointment date to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Appointments can only be rescheduled 1 time before a new deposit is required. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour window, please contact me at 7348194065.
I am beyond accommodating, and understanding. On the day of your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will have to reschedule as this will set back the rest of my schedule. If there is NO communication within those 10 minutes you will be considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW! NC/NS appointments will be charged the remaining balance due of the appointment and will have to communicate prior to scheduling again. If the payment doesn’t go through you will be blocked until your payment is made.
